The Technium at Llanelli Gate offers both office and workshop facilities on a leasehold basis. The office content totals some 23,600 sq ft in thirteen office suites of varying size, from 240 sq ft to 1,725 sq ft. The latest quality product to be delivered at Llanelli Gate is a block of three self contained office units built by local developers, Davies Richards, which were completed in January of this year.
